Orchestra Victoria's Tim Francis joins Harper, Sam and Emma to discuss the history and impact of brass bands in Victoria ahead of the Victorian State Band Championships. The event will be held in Bendigo on the 30th and 31st of August, with Tim featuring as guest conductor for the Footscray Yarraville City Band.
