Episode 21 of the Always Better than Yesterday Interview Sessions was with Loni Kolek, Head Coach of the Lady Raiders Volleyball Team.

Loni and I first met through our joint appreciation of the @allblacks culture described in the book #Legacy by James Kerr.

It was great to hear about how the Lady Raiders have focused on leaving the jersey in a better place this year.

We also touch on building trust, holding each other accountable and developing growth mindsets.
