Benjamin Franklin acknowledged that much of the basic structure of the Constitution came from the Six Nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy.

Thomas Jefferson wrote that the Constitution should not be revered as a religious artifact, because it is not based on immutable laws of the universe, but upon the progress of human knowledge.

The Christian Bible advocates for kings and lords. The Constitution of the United States of America rejects that tyrannical perspective in favor of a secular, humanist government of the people, by the people, for the people.

The history of American law is a history of the rejection of the Bible, not an embrace of it.
