Short answer: The science behind dietary AGEs being bad for us is very poor-quality. While food that is treated to excessively high heat, such as fried food, should not be the major portion of our diet, dietary tables of AGEs in foods are not accurate and dietary AGEs are probably not a major source of AGEs within our bodies.
