The news has been filled with all sorts of doom and gloom - Toronto recently faced a flood thanks to torrential rain - Western Canada is once again on fire. Is it fair to blame all of these issues on climate change? And, even if climate change is to blame - should we not blame politicians for not being prepared for bad weather?
