The only promise Christ ever gave of living again was a resurrection from the dead. For most religious people, there is no reason for the resurrection because they have already gone to heaven. Is this really true? A whole chapter in the Bible is devoted to the understanding and timing of the resurrection. At most funerals you go to, the minister will completely ignore the truth about the resurrection. Why?
