Teria: My tip of the week is a very popular book called Atomic Habits by James Clear, I read that book several years ago but I also signed up for his weekly email tips that he send out. They are super cool. It's like 3-2-1 Thursday and he gives 3 ideas, 2 quotes and 1 question just for you to kind of consider throughout the week.
