This week Kat is joined by our second guest - Chris Barnard. Chris' Dad died suddenly after a heart attack in March 2017; Chris was 25 and in the middle of his Masters at the time. In this podcast he talks about his Dad's Elvis-style death, and how writing helped him to accept his emotions and learn about himself. After breaking his back and having to walk away from his army dream at a young age, Chris is a pretty inspirational guy, and gives some really great advice.
