I recently reconnected with a good friend from high school.  We had the chance to meet in person and we spent a good bit of time reminiscing about the past and how far we have come in life.  What I realized after our meeting was that reflecting on the past is a powerful thing.  I made me unlock some things in my mind that I have repressed over the years.  I know have a new motivation for the future. I spoke in September about the 2 self's we all have.  Well, since then, I have done quite a bit of research into this topic and have learned a lot from the famous psychologist Carl Jung.  In his works, he talks a lot about the Persona and the Shadow.  The 2 sides we all have.  What I have found most interesting is the fact that the integration of the two is what makes man so powerful.
