The darkness now is
- Death overshadowing us
- The Dark Times we live in
- The Dark Places we end up in
Though the darkness is real, it is not the real “reality.” It is true, but not the only truth.
As he did in our Gospel, Jesus breaks into the darkness with his Light, announcing his Kingdom. He calls us to come and follow him and changes our life. His light shatters death, dark times, and dark places.
But this is all in faith and hope. IYKYK. If you know, you know.
