I loved having Jackson on the podcast. Jackson prides himself in helping individuals to find reason to live, to grow and to understand.Jackson’s foundations and core focus is in relationships and codependency, working in particular with understanding what has happened in the past that leaves emotional pain in one’s present. Jackson provides a safe space for people experiencing emotional pain that want to find reason to improve and grow in their connections and life. The focus is on working together with challenges and concerns that can stem from issues ranging from communication, trust, intimacy, past trauma, repeated patterns, grief and loss to suicidality, addiction and mental health concerns. Jackson is a registered member with Psychotherapy and Counsellor Federation of Australia. I have a Bachelor in Psychology and a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
