The scene when Jesus cleared the temple courts by overthrowing tables and chasing off the money changers is pretty well known, but why did he do it?

Hint: It wasn't just because of the money.

While it is true that the money changers were exploitive and that was offensive, what Jesus really wanted to reveal to everyone was what money could never buy -- a life-changing relationship with God.
