The idea of true salvation is God’s. He thought of it and provided all that was necessary to make it possible for us to be rescued from God’s wrath. Jesus, the Lamb of God, appeased God’s wrath for us. Galatians 3:13 says,”Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us…Our sins were transferred to Jesus thereby we escaped God’s punishment.”For He made Him who knew no sin to be son for us… 2 Corinthians 5:21
