In today’s reading from Matthew 6, Jesus teaches that no one can serve two masters—you cannot serve both God and money. He calls His followers to trust the Father’s care, not to be consumed with worry about food, clothing, or tomorrow’s needs. Just as God provides for the birds and the flowers, He promises to provide for His people. The key is to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, trusting Him as the true Provider.
