This week Francesca is joined by Jo Elvin, she talks openly about the evolution of her life and the new chapter she is opening. Jo has experienced major ups and downs in her career life, and she has faced it head-on with grace and honesty. She is a refreshingly open person who talks about her own personal battles with the stories she has told herself about her own body - which aren't true - just like so many of us do, and how that has played out for her. Jo is inspirational to so many women, and we can see why. At the end you'll hear we set Jo some homework, we have a feeling she will stick to it!
