Ryan Blaney drives the No. 12 Team Penske Ford, his second full season driving in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series for team owner Roger Penske. Blaney is in his fourth full-time Cup season and has visited Victory Lane three times, winning at Pocono Raceway in 2017, the inaugural race at the Charlotte Roval in 2018 and the Talladega fall race in 2019. Blaney has seven career wins in the Xfinity Series and four in the Gander Outdoors Truck Series.

Joey Logano is the 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion and the driver of the No. 22 Team Penske Ford. Logano earned his first NASCAR championship by winning the season finale at Miami, defeating title finalists Martin Truex Jr., Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch. Logano is a 23-time Cup winner, including the 2015 Daytona 500, and earned the Sunoco Rookie of the Year award in 2009. Logano has 30 career Xfinity Series wins and one Gander Outdoors Truck Series victory.
