Heavy Rack Singles-Eric Fiorillo The Host of the Award Winning Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Welcomes John McKean to the Broadcast.“John McKean, turning a “young” 74 this December, has been competing in all aspects of the iron game for 57 years. He’s lifted in hundreds of meets, having won National titles in Master’s age Olympic style weightlifting and powerlifting, and acquired 9 World titles in IAWA (all-round) weightlifting, currently holding 335 USAWA national all-around records. As a retired Middle school math teacher, with a Masters’s degree in Guidance & Counseling, John put to good use all the writing required in college, by  “self-discovery” articles published in about every available strength journal. He was quite involved with the sport during the “golden age” of power rack training in the 1960s, and has continually trained with, researched, and written about this dynamic system ever since!”

Today on Motivation and Muscle Streaming Radio 24/7 Eric and John wanted to expand upon our use of heavy singles in training to create strength and power as you've never witnessed or experienced! This is a short follow up to Power Rack Training Volume Five which was just released because we felt the singles needed more explanation.

The question I'm sure you're asking yourself is why heavy singles? I'll give you a short answer before we dig deep into today's show. Heavy-duty comes to mind. How would it feel to be able to move the heaviest iron no matter what direction you go with strong ease?  Now that I have your attention how about doing all of these heavy disciplines in a Power Rack? Well, when you listen to how we do it this training will inspire you to put your best foot forward and begin.

We wind up today's Podcast titled Heavy Rack Singles with a few key points. First I would relisten to Power Rack Training Volume Five followed by Heavy Rack Singles. The information in both shows is priceless. Secondly, I would get into the Power Rack and begin some Heavy Rack Singles. This will build the strongest body you'll ever experience. There is nothing more exhilarating than moving a heavyweight two inches and either pulling or pushing against another set of rods for some timed isometrics. New muscle will be forming right before your very eyes. Heavy Singles accompanied by Heavy Power Rack work is the only thing a body needs. Do it!
