Today’s guest on Reborn is former Navy SEAL and founder of High Ground Life, John Richards.

John enlisted in the military in 2011 and spent the majority of his career as a master breacher and HRST master.

After transitioning out of the Teams in 2022 due to medical reasons, John started High Ground Life utilizing his experiences from the SEALs to coach individuals, teams and organizations.
