Eric and Jon really lay it on thick on why it is imperative to train your full body wholly to build those extra-thick slabs of Midsection Power! We talk also about the importance of building your spinal erectors and glutes which have a huge role in your Masculine Midsection area.

Let's talk about some of the outstanding exercises you should do for that Masculine Midsection. The first of many exercises is the Heavy Squat Partial Overload standing in the Power Rack. Load the bar 100 lbs over your best squat and stand tall with your new-found strength. Don't and I repeat Don't ever overload a squat outside of a Power Rack. Your safety and your life are paramount! Another huge producer is to load and carry for distance. These exercises could be a farmers walk, sandbag carry, or stone carry and much more.

Another grand slam exercise Jon really believes in and has made outstanding Masculine Midsection progress in is the Trap Bar Deadlift. This is another outstanding piece of equipment that never disappoints. Eric and Jon go into length on this bar. We talk about the York Iron Boots and the course Bob Hoffman wrote to accompany this Midsection dominator. We also talk about the movements we use with an old school York exercise bar.
