With years of manufacturing experience in his 2nd generation family business, Marc has an incredible depth of knowledge in working with OEMS, adopting his customers problems, making big decisions, and staying in front of the wave. But there was one idea Marc and Ari kept returning to that was the key lesson - the importance and ability to ignore 'the numbers' (whether that's ROI or bottom line) if what you're doing is right for the customer and right for the future of the company.
