Neighbor’s Table | Transformative Justice

Joshua Prudhomme | Hip Hop Artist | Barber | From Prison to Church

Listen Later

Joshua was born and raised in Moreno Valley, CA. His life holds stories and lessons that some will find relatable and far too familiar. Josh was saved in prison and devoted his life to Christ, but after his release, found himself navigating disappointment in church institutions. Joshua shares wisdom that everyone can learn from.  He has faced loss and hardship, yet found hope in the midst of the wild ride. His music shares about the transformation and calling he has found in Christ, and also the familial community he has found in HOG MOB Ministries.

Neighbor's Table Podcast aims to facilitate restorative conversation around the realities of criminal justice and mass incarceration. Our prayer is that the church in America would know how to enter into these conversations, and that movement would start with listening to our neighbors. Something powerful happens when people listen to one another. We hope that love of neighbor leads to advocacy for those that society overlooks.

We offer a full day Liminal Learning experience that walks through the history of the criminal justice system, juxtaposed to the restorative justice model of Jesus.
