Ahead of this weekend's huge unified heavyweight title showdown between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk, Ade recalls his recent visit to Sheffield where he caught up with 'AJ' and breaks down the keys to victory for both men on Saturday night in London.

Rob and Ade preview Tyson Fury's long-awaited trilogy bout with Deontay Wilder on October 9th, as well as the recently announced heavyweight bouts between Dillian Whyte and Otto Wallin and also Joseph Parker's rematch with Derek Chisora.
