After being held against her will in a psychiatric hospital aged 21 because of a breakdown caused by a miscarriage, Judi Chamberlin dedicated her life to changing the way people looked at and treated those with mental health conditions. From organising Mad Pride to setting up centres to help people work through their trauma, she did it all.
