Welcome back everyone to the captains coach podcast. I am excited to have another amazing guest on the show today. You are in for a treat. I came across Dr. Hollis’ work while researching character development and the individuation process on youtube. I was immediately impressed with some of the work he has done, heard in one of his videos that he had previously played sports and knew that I had to get him on the show and ask some questions that I thought were very relevant and new to the leadership development scene. Dr. James Hollis is from Springfield, Illinois and is currently a licensed Jungian Psychoanalyst in Washington, D.C. He has held multiple leadership roles in different Jung societies and has, to this date, published 16 books that have been translated into 20+ languages. Check him out on www.Jameshollis.net. Today I get to pick his brain on some of his expertise which include:

Rites of passages for transformation of the individual

A guide for for coaches on individuation process

The secrets that most men carry

Why we are summoned to play sports

The power of stories in our conscious and unconscious

And much more!!
