Noise. It can drown out everything including God’s voice in our lives. Sometimes it’s our own voice, venting in anger or retaliation. “Fools vent their anger, but the wise quietly hold it back.” Proverbs 29:11. James says a mix of blessing and cursing coming out of our mouths is not right. “If you are wise and understand God’s ways, prove it by living an honorable life, doing good works with the humility that comes from wisdom.” James 3:13
