We are running out of ways to explain how bad this is. Laws are broken, people die, and the Kamala Harris campaign is being choked out by lies, disinformation, and just garbage.
Facebook itself is paying creators to make cheap AI slop to drive engagement, but mostly it engages bots into sharing more slop to attract the attention of more bots, which is also the X business model. The singularity will be reached once humans become indistinguishable from slop, about a week from now.
