We start off the Podcast with Kara updating us on here recent Power Lifting Meet and her progress with her wrestling career! The next order of business is how Eric and Kara are going to define our version of Mayhem on this exciting Podcast titled Mayhem. But first I'll let the dictionary define it for our M&M; Family. Mayhem is a violent or damaging disorder; chaos. Physical Culture is definitely violent and chaotic at times but you'll need those feelings to fight through whatever has you by the throat at that place and time!

To me, Mayhem is really another version of your attitude towards a Goal you want to succeed at. Think about this for a minute. The weights are coming at you and want to break you! What are you going to do? Are you coming up with it or not? The answer is always yes no matter what the outcome is. This is called a winning attitude mixed in with Faith and a big dose of self-discipline! This is the M&M; style of Mayhem!

Perception is a big thing with every one of us! We all look at life and the things we hear which help us to formulate our opinions whether they are positive or negative in their nature! I say to everyone go out and create your own Mayhem in your Business, in your weight training, in your goals and in anything which will test your will and make you rise to the top of your field in whatever it is you love to do! Keep Going!
