The Karaniya Metta Sutta, or the Discourse on Lovingkindess, is a teaching recited frequently in the Theravada tradition of Buddhism. Great meditation masters have recommended chanting this sutta as a form of protection and a way of sending benevolent wishes of kindness to all beings.

One can listen peacefully or chant along in the Wat Marp Jan chanting book (pages 180-83): https://watmarpjan.org/en/audio-books/books/ (English translation included).
