Hello, my friends, my life warriors how is your day going?

Today on the podcast I am very happy to have Karey Spransy who is a bit of a rebel at heart she became a mother at 18, was divorced, and a single-mother by 21. and struggled to make ends meet, dealt with co-parenting, put herself through college, hustled her ass off, and learned forgiveness.

She lost two loved ones to suicide and experienced the atom bomb of heart-break & confusion. she witnessed deep, all-consuming depression and learned compassion.

After going through two divorces; A stage IV-4 colon cancer survivor. The 5 surgeries, 12 rounds of chemotherapy, 25 rounds of radiation, a colostomy, and an ileostomy all taught her gratitude for this absurdly magical life.

All these experiences gave her a deep & profound joy.

Forgiveness, compassion, abundance, gratitude, and joy are how you find the Joy Of Moving On, or JOMO as Karey call it.

Topics we talked about: her methodology JOMO (Joy Of Moving On), we also talked about her battle against cancer and her company KareyOn Coaching.

So please enjoy the podcast and stay safe, stay well, be awesome, and please take a moment to tell a friend and subscribe.
