Hailing from Dingo in Queensland's Central Highlands, Karin Howard's life has always revolved around horses - whether in work or play. She's broken in thousands of them, and taught hundreds of people how to ride, but she didn't always have an affinity for the animal. 
 
 With a renowned rodeo pick-up man for a Dad, she was born in the saddle and as a kid competed in just about every equine sport going. But her real breakthrough didn't happen until she learned one simple fact: it's not about you, it's about the horse.
 
 Host Kay Becker guides Karin in revealing her journey to finally understanding these beautiful animals and herself along the way. Karin explains why human and animal psychology plays such a huge part in breaking in horses and exactly how she turns the most troubled animal into a loving children's pet.

Our Final conversation for the season is one that needs to be had. Real and raw conversations seem to be the theme of the season, and something that we feel society needs more of. As Brett Pechey opens up, it’s obvious the heartache and despair in his voice about his personal experience with mental health and suicide. We acknowledge how hard this is for Brett to share and for some to hear.
But the hard conversations are always worth having.
They help create awareness, break the cycle and remind us that help and support surrounds us.
