There are unquestionable limitations placed on us by social distancing due to the Coronavirus pandemic right now, and we're likely to suffer negative consequences as a result of our isolation. But we have a choice to shift our mindset and, at least occasionally, look at this situation as an opportunity for solitude. To reconnect with our inner self, feel empowered by the strength within us, and find calmness and peace. It's all a matter of differentiating our state from one of loneliness to one of solitude.
