The book also shows how this kind of diet works. It discusses the benefits that this diet could give and it provides a step by step guide how to do it effectively at also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious and i would definitely recommend this book not only for those who want to loss weight but for anyone who wants a healthy life and Ketogenic diet is well explained and the cover is nice and thick which allows for easy reading but the cover didn't fold or crumble like others books I have read have done and the book has a nice large print to it which is very easy on the eyes and there is a chapter of recipes to get you started on the diet as well as a chapter that gives you a 28 day sample menu and it just doesn't get any easier than that and i've made a few subtle changes based on this book and I've already lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks and this step-by-step guide covers everything and the best part is, it's extremely well-written, and nicely summarized.
