In this episode we do a live in studio recording as we pair the fried chicken of KFC and bottle of Lanson Champagne. We get ourselves a family meal from KFC with all of the fixings, from biscuits to mashed potatoes and gravy.  Champagne is a versatile bubbly/wine that can be utilized to compliment any meal and not only meant for "cheers" at celebrations.
