Kim Nedeau has been a competitive runner since the age of 14. In college, she set a school record at Brown University in the 3000 meters. She went on to win a Bronze Medal as a member of the USA Mountain Running Team and just recently was crowned the winner at the 12th Annual ElliptiGO World Championships. On top of that, she owns her own coaching and injury prevention business, is a mother of 2 plus an amazing fur baby and is a self-proclaimed beer snob.
