Rugby player Spencer Bailey is determined to win a spot on England's World Cup team. But with a month break before the selectors start watching him, he's eager to have fun with a woman who knows the score: the relationship will end when rugby season begins. The lovely American Caitlyn Sweeney seems perfect for the role of temporary lover, since her visa will run out soon anyway.
Caitlyn works for an international disaster relief organization and can handle the world's worst crises, but she flinches from her own. Her past has left her with a fear of intimacy so deep that she has trouble getting close to anyone - until she meets sexy Spencer. His hot body and easygoing nature are too much for even her to resist.
Neither Caitlyn nor Spencer expects to fall hard for each other. But with their relationship deadline approaching, the old rules of the game seem less important than before... until past secrets surface, challenging everything they thought they knew about each other.

Actually the WORST Narration I have ever heard!!!
I will never know if the story was any good as I couldnt get past the first 10 minutes of the worst narration I have ever heard (and I have 350+ audiobooks just in my audible library!).
The normal narrations was terrible and what was worse is that she attempted accents (AND THEY WERE BAAAAAD!!) ...which is fine, not everyone can do a good accent but then she would change accents in the middle of a sentence and still the same person talking?? This happened quite a few times just in what I listened too! There was no way I could get through the whole book listening to that. Unfortunate because the summary seemed interesting (hence why I purchased it) but now I will never know if it was any good. DISAPPOINTING!!
Entertaining and a little different

Really great characters and story! I have been an audible addict for years but this is the first review I've felt inclined to write. I laughed and cried like I was a part of the story. Michelle Miller-Day also rocked as narrator! Thanks ladies!
The best contemporary romance I have ever read!
This is the second book and the first full length novel by Kat Latham I have read. It was so unbelievably good! It is definitely the finest contemporary romance that I have ever read (and I have read a lot) and it is in my top ten list for books of any genre. I was entranced from the very first chapter, and I hated stopping the audiobook at the end of my car trips. The writing and the character development were top notch. The narrator was excellent, pleasing to the ears, and she made me feel that she was Caitlyn because she inhabited the character completely. Her range and subtlety at expressing emotion made the story so real! I wish that her voice for Spencer was a tad lower in pitch, but the performance was still riveting. Her American and English accents were excellent, and she expertly switched between them.
