"So when I was in more than a decade ago that for example started with urban farming is one way I did that. Really that started with a program where I was unemployed at the time and there was a training to be like a micro farmer. It was really interesting but I didn't end up following through with that. But generally I looked to contribute to the community some way where I'm at and I did that at a like volunteering at a local urban farm for a while as an example."
