Season 2, Episode 13
The Power of Closing Arguments

On this episode, Jackie sits down with office manager (and daughter) Diane Belmont to highlight one of her favorite books, review two of her favorite cases covered in the book, and offer insight as to how the elements of the cases are still applicable even today!

Please note: In the review of the Silkwood case, Jackie, unfortunately miscast the lead in the movie based on Karen Silkwood. She would like to blame her misinformation on the fact it's been over 30 years since she has seen the movie.

Additionally, in the review of the Medgar Evers trials, Jackie accidentally pronounces the civil rights activist's last name as Evans. Unfortunately, we did not catch it in time to fix in the podcast.

Please bare with us as we acknowledge our mistakes and offer additional information below to put to right our unfortunate slips...we are only human, after all.
