For as long as I can remember, I have always dissociate "work" with "pleasure".

To me, working was something we HAD to do, in contrast to leisure / hobbies that were something we WANTED to do.
And listening to podcasts is actually what made me realize is did not have to be that way.

You can combine work and pleasure.
You can get up every day and be excited about what you are going to do.
You can, basically, live from what you love.
