Hello everyone and welcome to the Learn English Through Football podcast; a podcast for all those who love the beautiful game of football and who are aiming to improve their English language skills. My name’s Damian and I’m in a rather grey and miserable London – it’s Sunday morning and as a Spurs fan I am feeling quite happy after an away point at champions Manchester City in yesterday’s game – more about that later in our football review. I’m also a little nervous as my county in Ireland are playing in the All-Ireland Hurling final today in Dublin so hopefully Tipperary can win that one. Now across the other side of the world is Damon in Tokyo – how are things Damon?
