154 | Let Your Desires Be Your Direction

As we start winding down for the year, I want to talk about the power of reflection and the importance of reflecting from the space of gratitude, acceptance, and understanding; not from fear and judgment. We learn so much from doing, from taking action, from showing up. We can move forward without looking at the past, but if we want to move forward and alchemize our past experiences, reflecting is the way to grow and gain that wisdom. Let’s shift our perspective and start to lean into our path and journey into leaders, lovers, and human beings as we ascend into 2021.
