Sarah asks “How can you expand your ability to conceive of your own expansion?” And she recommends asking for help, “Because sometimes what the angels and guides have in mind for us is greater than our capacity to imagine. It's possible to release trauma and the old victim mindset and become the new you and live life joyously. You are free to choose your future and transform into the kind of person that you want to be.”
