予鄉王蒲令之僕呂奉寧，性嗜蛇。每得小蛇，則全吞之，如啖蔥狀。大者，以刀寸寸斷之，始掬以食。嚼之錚錚，血水沾頤。且善嗅，嘗隔牆聞蛇香，急奔牆外，果得蛇盈尺。時無佩刀，先噬其頭，尾尚蜿蜒於口際。
