LOC Repetition

It probably goes without saying, but just doing this one time is not going to make sustainable change. Just as a seed planted in the ground doesn't grow into its potential without consistent nurturing, we are the same.

Unfortunately, this is where so many of us have failed in the past. We may have that moment of motivation or inspiration and we create a better experience one time. Lasting change however, requires that we repeat those efforts again and again.
