The Minnesota Wild fell 2-1 in Overtime to Toronto to finish their quick 2 game road trip at 1-0-1. The Wild got the first goal of the game courtesy of Brandon Duhaime on an early tip in past Ilya Samsonov. The Maple Leafs tied it up on a goal from David Kampf that got past Filip Gustavsson to tie the score at 1 after 1 period. Neither team would score until overtime when William Nylander took advantage of a d zone turnover to give the Leafs the win. The Wild next host Columbus on Sunday at Xcel Energy Center.
