Another week, another remote record - Paul in his house in Crouch End, Rob in his garden in Newington Green - where, unfortunately, little to no running takes place. Both have observed London’s increasingly lackadaisical attitude to the lockdown, but their attitudes are very different - you can hear Rob’s stress levels rise, even as Paul relaxes into these crazy times.
