We all have shadows to heal that may reveal themselves in a repeated self-destructive life patterns. This one in particular is an epidemic... even on a spiritual journey. Loneliness has been a re-occurring theme in my life since childhood. Though a season of loneliness is when a caterpillar gets her wings... this topic is coming to surface as there are too many butterflies wrapped up in their cocoons too afraid to fly.
