Long term survival requires animals. And raising animals is about utilization, getting the most out of each and every animal. Chickens are more than just meat and eggs, their poop makes great manure. Goats give milk and meat. Hogs are great for eating garbage and producing meat. But alot of these meats have a natural oil to them that is easy retrieve and store for reuse. These oils can used for cooking , lubricating, and even lip balm. Goats milk is drinkable, and delicious, but also makes cheese and butter! But takes some skills to make but once learned it becomes easy to do. Goat cheese and butter not only add to the good days for your diet but also become great bartering items.

In today's society everybody is health conscious but in a grid down, long term survival situation, more calories are burned daily due to all the work that needs to be done requires more days and oils in your daily foods. So this week we will be discussing the benefits of both animal and seed oils as well as churning your own butter and making cheese.

And as always there will be a message from the LORD! So tune in, turn on and get ready to prepare!
