Today we are taking a look back on the past year, or if you want on the past decade… to really understand and know where we are or where we have been so we can move forward into the next year/decade with more clarity on what we really want in life.

Then a final activity and a super powerful one to do is to write a letter to your future self w/ these goals/aspirations. Write it as a reflection of the year past. Dear 2020 self, looking back on this year I have….
