Lorraine Bracco has been nominated for an Academy Award as well as multiple Golden Globes and Emmy Awards. She was a major force in one of the greatest films of all time, Goodfellas and one of the greatest TV shows of all time, The Sopranos. She has won multiple Screen Actors Guild Awards and even has her own show on HGTV, the hilarious and heartfelt My Big Italian Adventure. But at the end of the day, when I asked her how she's lasted the test of time in one of the toughest industries around, including weathering two divorces, she said, "you have to make the oatmeal every morning." I've known her for almost 20 years, worked with her on two shows and never caught even a pretentious millisecond from her. She's beautiful, makes me laugh, tells it like it is and gives me some backstory on Goodfellas before we exchange our own personal stories about the late, great James Gandolfini and his tremendous talent and heart.
