In today's solo episode i wanted to talk about Digital Wellness primarily with our phones and give you some tips to reduce digital distraction and addiction and foster a healthier Technology relationship.I think its a very very important topic to touch on especially with the chaotic transformation the world is going through with quarantines and the amount of information being put out that we have access too via our digital devices. I have no problem with digital technology, Technology is a beautiful piece of art, an incredible creation, an unbelievable tool that has revolutionized our lives. My problem is the relationship that we have fostered with it because It can also be the most distracting and time consuming tool in our lives.
